Caleys Community Backgreen

Caleys is one of the community greenspaces established by the Edinburgh Community Backgreens Association in the Dalry area of Edinburgh. Between 2005-6 disused and overgrown area in the centre of a square of tenement backgreens was regenerated as a community greenspace project to form a hub for community activities. The group was provided with a shared tool shed and tool set, and raised beds. The neighbours work together to manage the site.
