We’re really pleased to announce that the Wester Hailes Edible Estate project has received the funding go-ahead from the Climate Challenge Fund. They have approved £290,000 to support the development of community food growing projects in two estates (Calders, and Murrayburn/Hailesland/Dumbryden), in the South West of Edinburgh. The project will start in April 2013, and continue to March 2015. The project is being developed by Wester Hailes Health Agency, and Re:Solution.
