Magdalene Edible Estates project launched

The Magdalene Edible Estate project was launched in April 2015.

Climate Challenge Funding for Magdalene Edible Estates

The Scottish Governments Climate Challenge Fund have approved £119,000 funding for Magdalene, part of the Craigmillar Edible Estates project.  This will support the construction of an Estate Growing Hub and healthy eating programme during 2015/16.

Clovenstone Estate Growing Hub Completed

The Clovenstone Estate Growing Hub was launched in September 2014 with a community fete.  This was the second Hub to be developed in Wester Hailes.  The Hub provides growing spaces for 35 residents.

Calders Estate Growing Hub

The Calders Estate Growing Hub was launched in May 2014.  The hub provides growing spaces or 50 residents.

The Scottish Governments Climate Challenge Fund have approved £290,000 funding for the Wester Hailes Edible Estates project.  This will support the construction of Estate Growing Hubs at two estates and healthy eating programme during 2013/15.

Almost New Office

We’re pleased to report that we’ve moved into a new office at the Albion Studios. Unit 6b, 78 Albion Road, Edinburgh. Its a large open plan office which we are sharing with a couple of other folk including Look Look which provide retro photo booths for events.

First Forth Community Food Growing Project To Proceed

Re:Solution Website Published

Thats the first stage of the Re:Solution website published.  This will allow us to get on with promoting the community growing initiative.  The second stage of the roll out will include more information about projects, and a video about community growing.
